How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the address attached to your DRA-01 account.
  2. Use the subject “DRA-01 Account Deletion Request.”
  3. We will verify the request using the account email before deleting the account.

What is deleted

After verification, we delete the DRA-01 authentication account and associated server-side account identifiers and access records that are not required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

What stays on your device

DRA-01 chat history, saved memories, and preferences are stored locally. Account deletion cannot remotely erase those local copies or an encrypted backup you created. Before uninstalling, open Settings to clear each conversation and remove saved memories. You can also remove all local app data through Android system settings.

Limited retention

We may retain a minimal record when necessary to document the deletion, protect the service, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Any retained information remains restricted to those purposes.
