1. Scope
This notice applies to dravune.com, the DRA-01 Android app, and related Dravune services. It does not cover a customer's separate systems or privacy practices.
2. Information we handle
Account and authentication information
When you create or use a DRA-01 account, our authentication provider processes information such as your email address, account identifier, sign-in method, and session information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider process the information needed to complete that sign-in.
DRA-01 conversations
Your message, selected experience mode, and recent conversational context are sent to Dravune-operated services to generate a reply. In Companion mode, only saved memories relevant to the current request may be included. Dravune and Demo modes do not use personal memories.
Information kept on your device
- Separate recent chat history for Companion, Dravune, and Demo modes.
- Personal memories that you explicitly save.
- App preferences, an installation identifier, and connection state.
- Password-encrypted backups only when you choose to create them.
Android cloud backup is disabled for DRA-01. Exported backups do not include account sessions or legacy device credentials.
Service and support information
We may process account or device identifiers, authentication and security events, recent service activity, network and diagnostic information, and messages you send to support. This information helps us operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
3. How we use information
- Provide DRA-01 replies and the experience mode you select.
- Authenticate accounts and protect access to the service.
- Keep personal memory isolated to the user and device context that supplied it.
- Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and maintain reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
Dravune does not sell personal information. Personal DRA-01 conversations are not used to train models unless we first obtain clear, separate permission.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers where necessary to run the service, including Clerk for authentication and Cloudflare for network delivery and security. Google processes information when you choose Google sign-in. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
On-device chats and saved memories remain until you clear them, remove them, or uninstall the app. Account and service records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Deletion requests are handled as described on the account deletion page.
6. Your controls
- Clear each mode's conversation from the app.
- Add or remove individual saved memories.
- Export and restore chats and memories with a password-encrypted backup.
- Sign out of your account.
- Request deletion of your DRA-01 account and associated server-side account data.
Deleting an account does not automatically erase a backup you exported or data still stored locally on a device. Clear the app's conversations and memories or uninstall the app to remove those local copies.
7. Security and age limits
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. DRA-01 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as DRA-01 develops. We will post the revised date here and provide additional notice when required. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to tim@dravune.com.
